We typically do not accept returns or process refunds due to sanitary concerns and environmental impacts. If an issue with your order causes you to feel that a return or refund is necessary, please contact us as listed above and we will personally review your request on a case by case basis. We can only process a return for purchases made on our website; please contact the merchant directly for Z Wraps purchases made with other retailers.
